During this 2 day focus workshop you will get an overview on all aspects of the LAA closure treatment modality, including indications for LAA closure, utility and application of invasive and noninvasive imaging modalities, transseptal puncture as well as epicardial LAA closure.Clinical studies will be covered and we will also demonstrate how to perform the procedure step by step and how to prevent and manage complications.Live case transmissions are a core of this course and will allow direct attendee-operator interaction to maximize the learning experience.

CSI Africa
Catheter therapies of congenital, structural and valvar heart disease with a specific focus on practice in Africa. The aim of the congress is to provide a platform for physicians from the African continent with a prosperous opportunity to network, exchange ideas and learn from each other. A large proportion of the faculty will be local and the scientific program is designed to address issues and topics specific to the African region. Together with renowned industry partners we will discuss the future of cardiovascular interventions within the African continent.

Innovation is at the forefront of this heart failure focused workshop and our faculty of leading experts and pioneers in the field will provide a comprehensive update on the latest research, trials and clinical practice.The program will include lectures, debates and recorded / live cases. The aim of this meeting is to encourage direct dialogue between those that are writing the regulations and those that are creating devices and develop the clinical trials to test them.
